To Our Valued Guests
Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at The Spa Downtown.  Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you.  If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged up to the amount of the full service fee.   A credit card number is required at the time treatments are booked.  Thanks in advance and we look forward to seeing you soon!
